Guiden Consulting REDRESS Mediators are neutral third party who assists parties with their disputes without getting a lawyer and going to court.  Attorneys can not practice law or give legal advice during the Mediation process. As a USPS REDRESS Mediator we help encourage and assist the parties in deciding whether or how to resolve their disputes. We assist parties in facilitating discussions; and do not express an opinion as to who is right or wrong.
